REFUND POLICY

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. ChronicCandy.com wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. All claims for damaged product must send an email to orders@chroniccandy.com and only after receiving a confirmation e-mail for the return, you can return the products.

Returns


If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from receiving it. You will receive a full product refund minus shipping cost within thirty days from when we receive the item at ChronicCandy.com. Items must be returned new, unused and in the condition in which they were delivered. Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment return. Costs associated with returns are covered by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The address where the product has to be returned to, will be communicated in your confirmation of return e-mail.
